I vehemently oppose this proposed regulation. It is my RIGHT to choose which investments are appropriate for me. Regulators are not elected by ME to make choices for me. As a person with a degree in Finance and work experience with a Wall St. bank, I should not be required to pass any test that a bureaucratic regulator writes. Members of the public who use their funds in such investments are not as ignorant or as misinformed as you may believe. How dare you even consider that someone with a high net worth is by default more savy with investments than anyone else. That is patently UNAMERICAN.
