The investors should have the right to learn about and invest in leveraged and inverse funds. These funds can be useful to use as "hedges" during certain market periods and these funds can be a very useful tool to support other long term investments. There is no need for investors who choose to invest in these funds to take any exams or go through any special steps. Many investment ETF funds can be risky and can cause for losses just like leveraged and inverse funds. Investors who choose to use these funds must take responsibility to learn how to best use them and how to best manage them in their portfolios.
