I am opposed to FINRA interfering with my right to invest in funds such as BITO. I am opposed having to get special approval from my broker to invest in any security they are licensed to trade, I am opposed to having to attest to having read an materials. I am opposed to being required to go through and cooling off period, l am opposed to being required to taking a test imposed by a regulated of my ability to understand an investment or acknowledgement of the risks involved. I am also opposed to a particular net worth that an investor might require a particular net worth to invest in managed funds or ETFs such as BITO where an investor cannot lose more then their investment. In the past I have found thsst banks such as Capital One have used FINRA to override a customers rights to not give up their holding of a customers money when I thought FINRA responsibility was to protect individuals from abuse. Large institutions such as Capital One have turned the tables and used FINRA to steal from customers. I can back this accusation with one customers experience. Rees S Himes
