Gentlemen: People that enter the investment market MUST understand that this is environment that can make money as well as lose money. If you are not an adult enough to understand this, you should not enter the market. Being an adult brings with it responsibilities. Adults do not need the Federal Government looking after them like children. Your regulations could not only prohibit adults for entering the free market, but it could severely hurt those that have already entered the market, by limiting their ability to trade. Typically, when the government involves itself in matters like this it is generally for government benefit, not consumer benefit. Please stop regulating everything. The US consumer is in general smarter than you think. If you place regulations on the trading of these funds, what actions will you take to reim burse losses for those who have invested, prior to your restrictions which immediately changes the playing field for the investment?
