Hi team, good evening! So Im not opposed to new regulations but I am against the average investor or individual not being able to purchase these type of securities altogether. Ive made money actively trading and monitoring leveraged etfs in the past. I do agree there should be more info passed along and perhaps a test of some sort and/or a threshold in the account on perhaps what an investor can contribute to these type of products, etc. I highly doubt the market would react positively to this, I believe a handful of investors out there are still retail and actively managed accounts... anyhow, I sure hope this helps in your persuasion.
