I sincerely OPPOSE any potential Interference by FINRA Regulators on my ability to invest in public investments such as leveraged and inverse funds. I use these funds to protect (hedge) my investment portfolio as well as to grow it as I see fit over the long term. PLEASE do not restrict my constitutional rights to use my money for any legal purpose which includes INVESTING in the public investments mentioned earlier.
