I oppose restrictions to my rights to invest. I believe Americans have the right to trade any public investments with no limitation or restrictions. I, not the regulators should be able to chose the investments that are right for me. I shouldnt have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities like leveraged and inverse funds. I do not need those measures imposed on me because Im capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. Leveraged and inverse funds protect my investments and enhance returns and I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.
