Philip Lupercio Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Philip Lupercio
N/A
I don't see anything more American than freedom to invest our hard-earned funds how we please. We deserve the choice to make ourselves without being steered into what others determine as best for us. Limiting our choices is absolutely unacceptable in this regard, especially with respect with warnings and advisories that brokers already provide to individual investors. Providing education is the correct answer - not limitations.
Inverse funds especially help me protect my long investments from very near-term risks without needing excessive funds to do so, or requiring I liquidate long-term holdings to hedge, or trying to accomplish something similar with options.
