Any changes to existing regulations may result in the closure of some of these leveraged funds which could result in major realized losses with no easy way of reestablishing the position. Additionally any impact to ETPs would likely result in investors having to resort to margin which is vastly more risky (due to margin calls and high interest rates). I strongly oppose any additional regulations that limit access to these funds.
