I am a small investor who has good success investing a portion of my portfolio in leveraged ETF funds and would not want to see the sale of these products restricted. In fact, I've recommended them to my adult children for their IRA's because they are stable and outperform the market.
Please don't add further restrictions on these already highly regulated products.
