To whom it may concern,
Leveraged and inverse ETF's are essential to my investment strategy. These products were vital to my portfolio when COVID decimated the markets in 2020 and similarly with the most recent market downturn due to inflation and Russian invasion of Ukraine. Leverage and inverse ETF's help hedge risk for individual investors. Individual investors are capable of understanding the risks leveraged and inverse funds carry with them when investing. Investors should not need to "prove" to anyone, especially government regulators, they are capable of understanding what we invest in. If you truly want to protect ALL investors, maybe start by eliminating dark pool trading and make trading and investing more transparent. Thank you for your consideration in making all leveraged and inverse funds available to ALL investors and not just huge institutions who "understand risk" (like Lehman Brothers)
