I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me and my family.
Public investments should be available to all of the public,
not just the privileged.
I shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
like leveraged and inverse funds. I have PhD which implies I definitely understand the complexities far better than most people.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to for my
investment strategies. I am using leverage funds to help startup and it has worked out very well. killing leverage fund will not only affect my finances but affect the finances of my start up.This start up is developing revolutionary invention which might not make it to market if I did not have the option to invest in leveraged fund.
