I have been investing in leveraged and public funds for a while and I have enjoyed that flexibility as an investor. The proposed restrictions on these funds and public investments infringe upon the rights of individual investors such as myself and deprive me of the same opportunities as other larger players in the market under the veil of protecting me and people like myself from funds deemed too risky. I believe that these restrictions unreasonable, designed to tip the scales in the favor of bigger players in the market, and I oppose them unreservedly.
