I strongly oppose this proposed regulation as I am fully capable as an adult of understanding the risk warnings and invest my income accordingly for my family. Additionally, it is not fair to restrict these investments only to a subset of the public or privileged few. While leveraged funds come with high risk and volatility, they also provide the opportunity to make incredible returns. I invest a portion of my income in these funds as part of my overall investment strategy.
