Nicholas Curley Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Hi, I'm writing to express my opposition to regulations or restrictions that prevent or encumber my ability to invest in public investments. I feel that it should be my right to invest in securities/funds that include new, upcoming, and/or non-traditional commodities (e.g. cryptocurrencies). It should be the investors right to diversify and consider all available options when implementing a financial strategy, and it should be up to investors to educate themselves and make informed decisions.
