I oppose any restrictions that will prevent me or any individual investor from investing in Public securities such as Inverse funds. Individuals should be allowed complete freedom to invest in leveraged and inverse funds. I am fully aware of the potential benefits and risks associated with these investments. They are very critical and essential investment tools in times of distress and volatility and actually help protect the nest egg when used correctly as hedges. Taking the option to invest in these funds/instruments will in effect hurt the general public and overall investment strategies used by individuals.
