Mike Vanderbilt Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

To the FINRA board, I strongly believe that I should have the right to choose in what I get to invest in. Publicly traded companies should not be regulated or restricted to the American public. It's not fair that giant corporations or the supremely wealthy have more flexibility and power to play this game, where the common American has to try and get by in this world and one way to do that to help people achieve a greater quality of life is by making financial investments that would help benefit their economic growth. I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks. I/we do not need these regulations and do not wish for these measures to be imposed on our right to make investments.
