I want to express my concern against for the proposed regulation that would limit or eliminate my ability in invest the leveraged and inverse ETFs which I currently have in my portfolio that I personally manage. I have used these effectively for years to grow my wealth and therefore:
> I, not regulators, should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments should be available to "all" of the public, not just the privileged.
> I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Explain that I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks, and I don't need these measures imposed on me.
> Leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategies as mentioned above. They also help me to protect or hedge my investment or seek enhanced returns, and I use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio. They are a very important part of my portfolio right now.
