I strongly oppose any restrictions on my right to decide what I can and cannot invest in. I currently invest in 2X or 3X products, both bullish and bearish. I am a grown adult, with 30 years of experience in the markets and do not need additional protection from regulators. I take personal responsibility for my decisions and would prefer that you leave me alone to invest how I prefer. I find the idea of passing a test reprehensible. People are fed up with government overreach and imposing restrictions on me is unacceptable. Thank you.
