I oppose the regulations currently under consideration that would constrain my rights to choose investments that are best for myself and my family. Nor should there be any convoluted, special process that is used to deny my rights to trade in investments in leveraged and/or inverse funds which are often important to managing risk in any investors portfolio. I have substantial experience in investing and do not need BIG Government protection in such matters!
Overall, excessive regulations such as these currently under consideration deny the public legitimate opportunities for investment, and should not be implemented in a free country such as the USA !
