Ive been waiting for volatility to come in order to purchase more positions of CEFs at discounts, when without warning a handful suddenly were blocked. Merrill Lynch wont provide me a solution to DCA my holdings and now I am stuck. This is retirement income and my investing ability is being handcuffed. Outrageous! If they are on public exchange give people their freedom please.
