To Whom it May Concern at FINRA,
Ive invested in leveraged and inverse products for a long time. Over that time, Ive developed personal expertise and bespoke strategies attuned to my risk comfort level and funds.
Im depending on this as a way to fund my retirement. My investments from leveraged and inverse funds will supplement (not supplant) income from traditional IRAs, 401(k)s, and Social Security.
If I can no longer access my familiar products due to regulation, an important income component will be lost.
I believe these products should remain as regulated as they are today. Going further, I believe, would intrude on my rights memorialized in our Declaration of Independence: Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness.
