Comments: Leveraged and inverse ETFs are nothing more than simplifying the complex and opaque world of derivatives. These products are easy to understand and offer individual investors the opportunity to easily access the benefits of options without the complexity of understanding option pricing, execution and termination. Actions to limit access to these products will do harm and offer no benefit to the people it purports to help. Restrictions on L&I ETFs is a terrible idea promoted by scoundrels on Wall Street who have a vested interest in making things harder for the small investor.
