Matthew Miyares Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08
Matthew Miyares
N/A
The proposed legislation is vague to the point where it allows fairly unhindered interference by regulators in the market, and fundamentally skews it against the private individual investor. This is an action which will directly contribute to economic and other inequities, for which future generations will hold this administration responsible, regardless of what rhetoric it chooses to dress its policies in.
