I should be allowed to pick the investments that are appripriate for my portfolio and not have limitations to the type of investments that are available.
I use inverse funds when the market trend is down to offset losses in other investments and to make money when the market goes down. There is no reason the average person can't understand what I do as it is very simple and straight forward.
Please do not put these additional regulations on me. This would put me at a disadvantage and not allow me to build my portfolio as quickly as I need to retire.
