To Whom It May Concern:
Over the last couple of years, I have been trying to manage my retirement investments much more actively. It's very important to hedge some of my positions, particularly in the current economic environment. An important part of my strategy is to be able to invest in inverse ETFs, as I am unable to short individual stocks in my retirement accounts. I do not think it is fair to restrict these investments to the privileged few, in the name or protecting the individual investor. I am capable of doing my own research and managing my own investments.
