I occasionally use leveraged/inverse funds to reduce risk in my portfolio during high volatility market periods. Use of leveraged inverse funds are simpler to use than other instruments for someone who only uses them infrequently. I am best qualified to make these judgements. Trying to define what is a "complex product" is apt to be an inaccurate exercise subject to influence by special interests to create regulations for their individual benefit. Please do not restrict my ability to invest in the ways I feel are best suited for my situation.
