I hope it is not true FINRA is going to restrict trading in leveraged and inverse ETFs. I have used this vehicles for financial planning for 15 years. They just one of many invaluable tools to be used in certain situations. There are risks in EVERY investment. Leveraged funds get a bad rap, but if you study the math, it is really unjustified. Yes, they have higher fees, which can be an issue. But there are many un-truths behind them. Please do not restrict them
