I am writing to you as I believe I should have to go through your proposed regulations regarding purchasing leveraged and inverse funds. I have been investing for over 40 years and shouldn't have to now go through a special process like passing a test. I am competent enough to make my own decisions and don't need you proposing measures on me regarding my own hard earned money.
