Mariyan Donov Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Mariyan Donov
N/A

I should be able to choose the public investments that are right for me and my family, because this is my "small business" (this is my main source of income)
Public investments should be available to ALL of the public,
not just the privileged, because many retail investors do this for a living (not for fun). Give more regulations to the "TOO BIG TO FAIL" not to the "average Joe" like me
I shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before I can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. I have enough experience (trading since late 2013) and very good understanding of leveraged and inverse ETFs/ETNs and their risks. I do NOT need these measures imposed on me.
Leveraged and inverse funds are important to both of my investment strategies (trading indexes, S&P and VIX using SSO, UPRO, UVIX, UVXY"... etc.) they help me protect (hedge) my investments and I use them very often. They are an IMPORTANT part of my overall portfolio. They are NOT that "complex" compared to options for example. They are not a "rocket science", average American can understand them (the village idiot will not, but investing is not everyone isn't easy in general) even individual stocks are "complex" in some ways. Agree?
Long story in short: I'm a small (retail) investor that don't want to be punished with more unnecessary regulations.
PLEASE!!!
