This is just plain whacky. I spend a ton of money on junk food and things that get wasted...not to mention the casino. Years ago when people had to go to expensive universities to get educated this would be an issue. Today we have access to the internet...there is no reason for people to not educate themselves...Being crazy and doing crazy things is a constitutional right. For example my 93 year old step mother insists on living in her own house thousands of miles from me...and she can barely walk to the bathroom. This is her civil liberty. Being stupid is a civil liberty. Apparently if you are not an old guy with a cigar the SEC thinks you are stupid and do not have the right to make your own financial decisions. Suppose that you put your money into other things such as your home or your kids education and you do not have a cigar and a big old honkin portfolio...they want to limit your civil liberties? I don't get it..they should go pick on the casino and demand they put enough scatter symbols on the slot machines so that a person can win a jackpot..that would be looking out for the common person without a big old honkin portfolio and a cigar
