It is with utmost concern that I am reading this proposed rule change to limit retail investors like myself from trading leveraged ETF's. Trading these has been an incredible tool to enhance my portfolio. To "protect retail investors from the potential risk associated with ETF's" is just a cynical attempt by the FINRA industry to force retail investors back under their control. I completely reject this proposal.
