As a private investor I should be allowed to choose where to invest my capital as I take full responsibility for the outcomes of my investment strategy. I understand leveraged and inverse funds and am fully aware of the risks involved. I should not be subjected to any form of test before I invest in these investment vehicles. I use leveraged investments to hedge my general investments and they are a small part of my overall portfolio. They are very handy to protect my investments in times when the general stock market is performing badly. It is very important for me to have full freedom and choice to invest my funds wherever I choose to do so.
