I am very concerned that there is talk about us having more restrictions on what we can invest in not regulators should be able to choose the public investments that are right for you and your family. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. I am able to go online and read the information to decided what to buy and not have to go through any special process like passing a test before you can invest in public securities, like leveraged and inverse funds. Currently i could see that things were getting out of control so I invested in SDS and SCO and things like this and I am making a lot of money currently as many others are losing big time. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their risks and it is well written down and I can read so I don't need these measures imposed on you as I am a grown adult. Like I had mentioned the leveraged and inverse funds are important to your investment strategies. In the 2000's my mom got wiped out because she retired and did not have 20 years make it back if she had these leverage and inverse funds, she could have seen the bubble was coming and protect her investments or seek enhanced returns. I use these use them as a limited part of my overall portfolio and great to use
