As a long time investor in stocks, bonds and other maybe "complex" investments, I strongly disapprove and oppose FINRA's proposed and potential denial of my freedom to choose what investments I deem appropriate for my financial needs. I and my family do not want your capricious and arbitrary definitions, criteria or tests inflicted on us before we can freely invest as we choose and have the capability to do so. Your organization is proposing another layer of government red tape.
