FINRA needs to focus on making the market more accessible to the public and promoting education. Not restricting access because they think we aren't responsible enough to invest our own money. We can basically go to war at 18, but investing in leveraged products is too dangerous? Everyone deserves to have equal access to the markets and this is why there are such huge wealth disparities.
