It has come to my attention that possible restrictions may be put on my trading abilities. I feel that I'm am plenty capable to trade inverse and leverage funds if I choose to.
The uncertainty in the market lately has made the inverses very important to me. One way to protect my investments and I sure hope you don't place restrictions on these rights.
The public should be able to choose for themselves and I believe most traders are wise enough to deal with leverage and inverse funds. These restrictions would make only a privileged few able to trade these funds. This doesn't sound fair to me.
I don't use these funds on a regular bases, but they are an important tool for me. Please reconsider your restrictions.
