I strongly oppose restrictions to my right to invest in public securities, specifically leveraged and inverse funds. Taking away retail investor rights and limiting access to these funds by imposing special processes or limitations only serves to further widen the gap between wealthy individuals and the average hard-working American public. These funds allow retail investors to hedge investments in times of volatility, and removing this ability only further skews the entire stock market in favor of large institutions such as hedge funds and large pool, non-retail market makers. I urge you to not to impose restrictions that would take away our ability to level the playing field when it comes to retail investor portfolio protection, or limit the potential of generating above average returns for of us who are active investors. Thank you.
