I have over 20 years of investing/trading/option buying and selling experience and 10 years using leveraged funds. I am opposed to any investment restrictions. It is up to us individuals to manage our money properly, educate ourselves on investing, limit risk, and choose the right investment that fits our income or net worth. Some people may choose to gamble on high leverage investments, but these same people can also go to Las Vegas and put it all on black. Others, like myself, are very structured in how they invest and rely on the returns of higher leverage investments. Gamblers are always going to find a way to gamble, but if you take away the high leverage trading vehicles you are hurting those of us that treat investing as a business.
