I am not a child, and am fully capable of making my own decisions about investing, just like I can buy my own house, car, and insurance. I don't need regulators telling me how to invest. I am fully aware of all the risks. I have been investing in leveraged ETFs for more than 15 years, and use them for hedging and for decreasing the amount I invest to get a similar result. Another good use of leveraged ETFs is they replace options and do not have the time decay. I always use them for a small portion of my account. It is arrogant of you to think that I do not know how to invest. Please have the decency to respect your fellow citizens and let us invest however we wish.
