Regarding potential restrictions into leveraged and inverse investment vehicles; no regulators or governing bodies should be limiting my ability to invest or achieve the best return I can based on outside perception of my level of knowledge, level of risk tolerance, etc. It is difficult enough to get ahead in the market as an individual compared to the large institutions, but to restrict or eliminate one of the few methods to beat the curve is absurd. More options should be given to individuals, not less. This would be an considered an attach on my rights to invest how I see fit for myself.
