Please do not make it more difficult or impossible for small retail investors and traders to access inverse and leveraged etfs. I've been using these instruments for years to increase returns when markets move higher, and to capture downturns using inverse etfs. I trade options as well, which carry much higher risk than these etfs. Why would regulators seek to prevent retail traders from using 2x or 3x leveraged instruments? There is no reason why only large institutions or high net-worth individuls should have access to these instruments. Please do not go forward with this proposed regulation.
