Kenney Tormaschy Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

I, and or my broker, (not regulators) should be able to choose any public investments that are right for me and my family. Public investments are my freedom of choice, and should not be regulated or infringed upon by anyone out side of my household. I believe "Investing" should be available to all who want to do it, public or otherwise. (Free Enterprise), not just the privileged. We clearly understand that all investments are not guaranteed, and I never would invest what I cannot afford to loose. I oppose the thought of having to go through a special process, like passing a test before I can invest. Suppressing my rights is not what investing is about. We are all adults here! If I have questions, I will contact the appropriate agency to gather those answers. I make my investments based on a strategy that I feel will succeed. Win or lose, its my choice.
