What is more difficult, having the business acumen to evaluate when to buy or sell individual stocks or the wisdom to know that if the stock market generally goes up over time, that you might make more money in a leveraged index fund like the double Nasdaq or double S&P. Are you going to tell me I can't approve of a complex medical procedure unless I pass a test to understand the full impacts to me as well. No you are not, so don't infringe on equally important decisions that affect my future.
