I believe I should have (and retain) the right to make my own investment decisions, including the freedom to invest in cryptocurrency funds such as BITO and others.
Investing in anything, including ANY security or index, has inherent risks. Using intelligent analysis, certain risks can offer excellent rewards - again, with ANY security.
I don't believe it is fair to market participants (other than "accredited investors") to prevent them from using whatever financial tools may be available in the marketplace. By definition, that gives "big players" even more advantages than they already have, and places everyone else at a disadvantage.
FINRA already has enough rules in place, and I believe that adding more bureaucratic rules will do more harm than good.
