Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged. The people shouldn't have to go through any special process like passing a test before they can invest in public securities, including cryptocurrency funds such as BITO.I have an iq of 68 and am perfectly capable of understanding cryptocurrency funds such as BITOand their risks as well as the potential gains that you wish privatize for the privileged few
