I find the possible regulation of my ability to access the entirety of the public securities markets without restriction alarming. I am capable of making sound investment decisions for myself and my family. I am also educated and capable of understanding the risk and ins and outs of investing in inverse and leveraged ETF funds. I do not support these regulations. They are discriminatory and are in direct violation of my rights. It restricts my ability to receive enhanced returns on smaller investments. Barring entry for smaller investors and everyday Americans under the false pretense that you are protecting us from ourselves is a shameful practice that needs to end now.
