I strongly oppose this regulation. Everybody should have access to investments not only the wealthy and elite. Being able to do due diligence on research into investments is up to any individual and this undermines our ability to gain investment returns on par with the wealthy, when they have access to so many more investment options. I for one like to invest small percentages of my portfolio into investments that this restriction targets, but even this small percentage has had very nice affects on my overall return. Please leave us the option of how to invest our money and give us the same opportunities that wealthy investors have as well.
