What is going on? I am capable of regulating and choosing the public investments that are right for me. PUBLIC! Is this only for the privilege, because this is what it seems to be for when you try to regulate? I do not need to go through some special learning process. I invest I do my research and due diligence. What I do not understand I either educated myself or do not invest. Imposing your restrictions on investors is unacceptable. Whether to invest or not in cryptocurrency funds is a choice the investor makes as a part of their investing strategy. It is my choice to make. Just as investors choose to invest in other funds, investors should be able to invest into cryptocurrency funds.
