Joseph Zamrin Comment On Regulatory Notice 22-08

Joseph Zamrin
N/A

I not regulators should be able to choose the public
investments that are right for me. Public investments should be available to all of the public, not just the privileged.

I also shouldn't have to go through any special process
like passing a test before I can invest in public securities,
such as leveraged and inverse funds. I am aware of the risks of these investments. I don't need the proposed measures imposed on me.

I use inverse funds as a hedge against long positions during periods of volatility, or currently, in a down market. They are a useful tool in the current market environment.
